Literacy

Literacy classes focus on the following reading, writing and communicating standards:

• Oral expression and listening
• Reading for all purposes
• Writing and Composition
• Reading Inquiry and Design

Each literacy level is based on the Colorado state curriculum and standards. 

Literacy Intervention 

An intervention class that bridges the gap between the student's literacy level and the student's grade level. Students learn, review and practice foundational literacy skills while improving fluency and strengthening their reading comprehension.
